我们仅在您拍照时获取当前位置（用于记录拍摄地点），或在您从相册导入照片时从照片 EXIF 元数据中读取位置。位置数据仅存储在您的设备上，用于在地图上展示拍摄足迹。您可以随时编辑或删除位置信息。

7. 订阅与内购

付费会员通过 Apple App Store 进行，支付信息由 Apple 处理，我们无法访问您的支付详情。

8. 儿童隐私

本应用不针对 13 岁以下儿童设计。我们不会故意收集 13 岁以下儿童的个人信息。

Privacy Policy

1. Information Collection

PixNote is a privacy-focused application. The only information we collect is what you actively provide:

Photos you take or select from your photo library
Text you write on the back of photos (title, body)
Photo date and location (auto-extracted from EXIF metadata, or manually entered by you)

This data is stored solely on your device and synced across your Apple devices through your iCloud account.

2. Data Usage

Your data is used exclusively for:

Displaying your photos and back-side text within the app
Syncing across your devices via iCloud
Generating share images for you to share to other platforms
Providing the "On This Day" widget and notification reminders

We do not upload your data to any third-party servers, do not use it for advertising, and do not build user profiles.

3. Data Storage & Sync

iCloud sync is provided by Apple and follows Apple's privacy standards. Your photos and text are stored in iCloud with end-to-end encryption, accessible only with your Apple ID. You can manage or delete synced data anytime in Settings > iCloud > Manage Storage.

4. Data Sharing

You may choose to share photos through:

Composite Image: Generate a long image combining front and back, ready for social media
AirDrop: Transfer the photo and its back content via Apple AirDrop
Encrypted Share: Create a password-protected encrypted photo. The recipient must enter the correct password in PixNote to view the back content

All sharing is initiated by you. PixNote never shares data automatically.

5. Camera & Photo Library Permissions

PixNote accesses your camera or photo library only when you actively take a photo or select one. Photos taken are saved only within the app and your iCloud.

6. Location Information

We only access your current location when you take a photo (to record where it was taken), or read location from EXIF metadata when you import from your photo library. Location data is stored only on your device. You can edit or delete location information at any time.

7. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Paid features are processed through the Apple App Store. Payment information is handled by Apple; we cannot access your payment details.

8. Children's Privacy

This app is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
